【產品原文引用】After centrifugation, the supernatants of bulbar conjunctival homogenates were taken for quantitative assessment of IL-8, TNF-α and MUC5AC by ELISA. The standard sample and series dilution solutions were used as positive and assay buffer blank as negative controls. The assaywas carried out following the manufacturer’s standard protocol (Shanghai Huding Biotechnology Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China). The concentrations of IL-8, TNF-α and mucin MUC5AC were calculated by Curve Expert 1.4 software(Hyams Development, Huntsville, Alabama, USA).
